The Desert Wind ‘Sandstorm Series’ is carefully crafted from the best lots of wine from each vintage, all sourced from the Desert Wind Vineyard. This wine represents the best of our Merlot, with a small portion of Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah added to provide complementing fruit and additional complexity. The wine aged for 20 months in French oak barrels, with 40% new oak.
