TASTING NOTES

"Ripe plums, dark cherry, fig paste, cocoa powder, and dark chocolate. Swirling brings licorice, tobacco leaf, black tea, and hints of blackberry jam and oak spice. The mouthfeel is dark and broad, with a wide variety of flavors and an expressive underlying minerality. The tannins here are soft and well developed and the acid presentation is beautiful. The wine finishes long, with hints of milk chocolate, ground coffee, and a touch of olive tapenade. A one-of-a-kind Cabernet that you can enjoy now or in the next 10 years. Decanting is extremely recommended."
