"A flagship variety in Chile, our 2021 Carménère showcases lots of purity and a beautiful combination of sweet red fruit and varietal green aromas. Raspberry sauce, fresh cut cherries, green peppercorn, and wet stone to begin; swirling brings riper red and dark fruits, with hints of menthol and sweet bell pepper. The palate is remarkably soft and round, with very fine tannins and a creamy, almost buttery texture. With intense sweet and savory flavors, and without losing its green funkiness, the wine finishes extremely long, with the perfect amount of sweetness, lingering acidity, and a beautiful mineral touch. A classic Desert Wind wine that you can drink now or in the next 10 years."
