TASTING NOTES

"Cherry confiture, ripe plums, tomato paste, red licorice, and cedar. The 2021 Tempranillo begins dark and spicy on the nose. The wine opens to dried figs, orange marmalade, sweet tobacco, clove, and hints of oak spice and vanilla. Beautifully concentrated, the mouthfeel is extremely layered, with tons of ripe red and dark fruits, savory flavors, and earthy undertones. Medium to full bodied, the texture, volume, and acid presentation here are fantastic. The wine evolves constantly in the glass, showcasing purity and a very elegant oak profile. A beautiful Tempranillo that you can drink now or in the next 10 years."
