TASTING NOTES

"Light in color with a beautiful copper hue, this Rosé of Merlot opens with wild strawberry, orange oil, and hints of yellow bell pepper. Swirling brings fresh apricots, guava, and thyme. The mouthfeel is extremely juicy and almost crunchy, with beautiful texture and balanced acidity. Flavors of ripe peach and orange creamsicle bring sweetness to the mid-palate, but pyrazine undertones keep the freshness up. A unique and layered rosé that you can drink now or in the next 3 years."
