"Blackberry jam, black cherry, with hints of violets. The wine opens to prune and tobacco notes, with a touch of spearmint. Mouthfeel is plush, with notes of coffee and vanilla, velvety tannins, and lifted acidity. The wine finishes long, with beautiful sweetness and hints of oak spice. A Wahluke Slope Syrah that you can drink now or in the next 8 years."
