TASTING NOTES

"Savory on the nose, the 2019 Mourvèdre opens intensely with ripe figs, dry sage, leather, violets, and menthol. Swirling brings red fruit into the equation, with plums and red currant prominent. The mouthfeel is structured, with great tension and acidity, but also nice volume and sweetness. The wine finishes long, with well-developed tannins and a very subtle baking spice and black tea undertone. Drink now or in the next 8 years."
