TASTING NOTES

"Ripe and dark on the nose, the 2019 Heritage Cabernet begins with blackberry confiture, cassis, black licorice, and menthol. Swirling brings fig paste, orange peel, dried herbs, and hints of tobacco leaf. Rich and mouthwatering, the palate showcases ripe dark fruits, orange marmalade, and hints of sage, plus baking and oak spice. Textured, but with remarkable acidity, the tannins are very fine, and the oak is extremely well integrated. The wine finishes wide and long, with the perfect amount of sweetness and grip. A phenomenal Cabernet that you can drink now or in the next 12 years."
