2018 Sandstorm Series Zephyr

The Desert Wind ‘Sandstorm Series’ is carefully crafted from the best lots of wine from each vintage, all sourced from Desert Wind Vineyard. The Zephyr is a Bordeaux-style red blend that features five of the traditional Bordeaux red varieties. Each variety was fermented separately and then blended and aged for 20 months in French oak, with 40% new barrels.
