2018 Cabernet Franc

"This medium-ruby Cabernet Franc begins with blackcurrant, black raspberry, licorice, bitter chocolate, and menthol. Swirling brings plums, blueberry cobbler, and hints of spearmint and spice. The mouthfeel is silky, with lots of dark fruit and layers of savory, almost umami flavors. The wine finishes round, with lingering fruit, smooth tannins, and traces of woodsmoke and more spice.
